Adam and his wife MJ are usually accompanied at the gym by their two daughters and are due in November with the next member of the #E3NextGen, their baby boy Jake.
Adam is so excited to be on the team, to connect with people and to motivate them to meet their fitness goals, but his number one priority is discipleship and living a life of service.
Jecca Largen
Jecca's love for fitness started in elementary school P.E. class. Whether it was a running day, parachute day or duck duck goose, she enjoyed the fun sense of play and friendly competition.
These same characteristics translate nicely to CrossFit which is why she started at E3 Fitness in 2021 and never looked back. She says, “Each day of Crossfit offers something new and varied, fun and often challenging; you never have the opportunity to get bored. Adding to that is the amazing sense of CrossFit community and family.” And she wants everyone to know that Crossfit is for just that, everyone! She wants you to know that there is no need to be too intimidated to start because everyone starts at their personal beginning point. For some that may mean they walk in on day one can already bench press 150lbs and for others they may have never touched a barbell before in their life. Everyday at CrossFit is scalable and substitutes are always available if needed. As long as you are working at the limits of your capacity, you will find amazing benefits. One final thought she wants to share is that CrossFit is designed for continued success throughout your life, no matter your age or condition, you will always have the opportunity to continue to have personal bests. Looking forward (Lord willing), Jecca hopes to live a life of independance into her old age, having benefited from continuing CrossFit, being able to do things like carry in her own groceries due to the benefits of functional fitness.
When not at E3 Fitness, Jecca helps manage a lively household of four children ranging in ages five to sixteen with her supportive husband DJ.
